NOTES:

• e-Group Visa may be applied through accredited travel agencies for group of at least 3 members from company incentive tour group, educational tour group of below collegiate level, and regular tour group, who plan to enter and exit with same vessel, flight, or other same scheduled means of transportation.

• History of Denial individual visa is not accepted on this kind of visa

• Does not need appointment in Korean Embassy

• 14 business days processing (approximately)

• Maximum that we can accept is 45 days before the travel date

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Original passport (make sure it is signed & still valid)

2. Application form (computerized) with attach picture (formal, NO HEAD ACCESSORIES)

3. Bank Certificate with Average Daily Balance, date opened, account type & balance (should be address to Korean Embassy)

4. Bank Statement – 3 months

5. Guarantee letter that you availed the same package (we will be providing this)

6. Business Documents of the operator in Korea (we will be providing this)

• Certificate of employment with compensation, date hired & position, also include that its for applying Korean Visa

• Copy of Company ID (PRC ID IF ANY)

• Approval of Leave

FOR SENIORS:

• Copy of Senior Citizen ID

• Retirement certificate if any

FOR STUDENTS:

• School Certificate with grade/course & with purpose (applying Korean visa)

• Birth Certificate

FOR BUSINESS OWNERS (traveling with the above category)

• COPY OF BUSINESS DOCUMENTS (EX. SEC or DTI, BUSINESS PERMITS, COR)
